Nirmohi Akhara Sunni
The bench rejected the request of the Sunni over the legitimacy of the disputed land in Ayodhya. The verdict runs counter to the Waqf board 2-1. The bench also rejected the request of the Babri Action Committee. The Court stated that in the majority where Ramlal is kept and worshiped at the moment and claimed by Hindus as the birthplace of Lord Ram will be allotted to Hindus for the construction of the bench of three judges who temple.
