Cezanne s 172nd birthday
Cezanne was a longtime friend with the novelist Emile Zola, and was sponsored by the Danish painter impressionist Pissarro. However, Cezanne rebelled against the lack of structure in Impressionist work, and took his own path style, with the intention of impressionism in doodling something previous tangible.
