The budget included some concessions such as reducing the age requirement for citizens of the women aged 60 to 58 and the grant rate for men over 60 30 to 40 percent. It also includes the winners of gallantry and disabled travel in Shatabdi and Rajdhani Express. The budget also proposed to increase the grant to travel by people in the media once or twice Railway Minister has announced that year.The earnings in 2010-11 will exceed Rs.1 lakh crore.
