A C-17 military cargo plane with four aboard crashed and burned Wednesday night at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, confirmed Alaska.The Air Force, the C-17 was the assignment of the third Elmendorf wing and crashed about 06.14 local time clock.
