Twenty-two year old ex-model Jimena Navarrete won the title Miss Universe replaced on the show last night in Las Vegas.The second Miss Universe Mexican Navarrete ever winner in 2009, Venezuela Stefania Fernandez. Miss USA, Rima Fakih, the president has not made the Top 15 finalists.Mexico Felipe Calderon
