Makar Sankranti Wishes, President Pratibha Patil, Vice-President Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh greeted the people on Thursday on the occasion of Makar Sankranti and Pongal and said that these festivals bring communities together in a bond of love and affection.
