Kol Nidre Kippur
One of the unique aspects of Yom Kippur is the Kol Nidre, known both for the secular world and the Jews. Kol Nidre is both the opening prayer and chanting the name of the evening service that begins Yom Kippur. Kol Nidre literally means “all vows.”
