Khmer Rouge Guek
Kaing Guek Eav was also known as Duch, the chief jailer of the Khmer Rouge. It was a cruel and inhuman creature who is responsible and control approximately 16 000 deaths from torture in the Khmer Rouge. He has long been arrested, but now has his sentence reduced to 19 of 35.
